Excellent instruction! My OEM Toyota Crossbars that look exactly like these had below lousy installation instructions. Watching this removal video showed me how to install the bars. Big Thank You!

How do you remove stubborn , frozen in place thumb screws in order to adjust or remove crossbars ? None of the 4 are budging , certainly not with just your thumb and fore - finger.

Thank you for the video, it gave me the idea that I do not need to buy a whole set of roof rack. I can just buy new crossbars to go with the factory rails. I can't find the video where you installed the new crossbars. Do you have the link? I am planning on buying the 14-foot Portabote. I wonder if the factory installed rack and crossbars are good enough.

joe smith I would err on the side of caution then and don’t force it, they should come free fairly easy. Take it to a roof rack shop and they might be able to help or your local mechanic

Nor Cal Rod & Reel I was able to get it , I was trying to push up instead of a simple pry on the outer plastic ! One step closer to the new bars and the rooftop tent . Thanks!!

Yep, I got to test 4 out the other weekend - all were super nice making it hard to choose but Im strongly leaning towards the Vibe Seaghost 110. I need something portable, affordable and functional. For the price, it's a tough one to beat right now.

Very poor production. Horrible lighting, and too much back and forth from outside to inside. Too much taking about what you did and little demonstration of you doing it. You could have made a great video. Had to turn it off. You tried though.
