Great video; I've been able to save three laptops that our IT people said were beyond economical repair thanks to it. Thanks also for designing the computer so you don't need special tools or knowledge to work on it - it's certainly helped us to reduce the amount of IT going to waste.

Great video, thank you for that! Sadly it didn't say, or I missed it, whether one can take of single "keys" from the keypad. My "enter" is kind of stuck, can I somehow take it off, clean it and clip it back in place? Or do I damage the whole keyboard by doing so? Thank you!

Hi Akshika, thanks for contacting HP Global Social Media Support! I understand that you need to know about upgrading the graphics card of your notebook. I will do my best to assist you. Solution one- download (speccy) It'll tell you your motherboard name, google it to check if it has a graphics card slot that is welded in place or is one that can be changed. If yes then go onto hp.care/46MMqpA it should help to tell you what graphics card you're best upgrading to or if you know your stuff then get whichever you like. solution two - if your card is soldered into place then just buy a new one. Remember if you're going to open up your laptop chances are your warranty will be void. Binu-HP Social Media Tech Support

Hello, I have the NOTEBOOK HP 250 G7 153B9LT 15.6 / I5-1035G1 / 4 / 1TB / DOS. And I want to add 8gb of RAM to it. That is, it already has 4gb to DDR4-2666 and I want to add another 8gb DDR4-2666 module, in total 12gb. The technical question is the following: Is this 12gb combination (4gb DDR4-2666 + 8gb DDR4-2666) going to work at the speed of 2666 or 2400? Because someone told me that this configuration of 4 + 8 in this notebook works at 2400 but if I put 8 + 8 it works at 2600. Could you confirm how fast the 4gb 2666 + 8gb 2666 combination works? 2666 or 2400? Thank you, I await your reply.

Almost all laptops have soldered in processors, you'd have the replace the whole mainboard assembly to upgrade if it's possible at all. This is standard practice across the industry due to power and size constraints. only very high end enthusiast laptops have socketed CPUs that can be upgraded.
