The easiest way to remove a weight that has Loctite inside it from the Custom Shop is by using a heat gun to warm up the weight, which will then loosen up the adhesive. No need for all that torque and high probability of damaging the club face if the tool slips off. ⛳️

All I got is one of these one piece red wrench, which way do I turn clockwise or counterclockwise?

Hi Kyle, the weights are removed by turning counter clockwise.

Thanks very much, should give instructions with each wrench, being the most I ever paid for a putter was afraid to put much effort until I knew was turning right

I completely understand. You might try heating up the head as one of the prior users commented. A hair dryer should do fine. Don't let it get too hot, but warming up the weights a little bit might help. i.e. don't get it so hot you can't touch it. Good luck!

@@wheard71 I called Scotty Cameron they will not sell the tool or the weights. They want you to send the putter in. After listen and taking advise from they sent putter in weights are to heavy putter just to heavy bad balancing point. Will never buy a Scotty putter again. whats the purpose of having removable if you can't buy the weights or tool.

Thats what i did to unjam pellets from my air rifle' got jammed weight in my scotty cameron was thinking of heating but in boiling water 1st??? bound to end in disaster' lol

Weights delivered and couldn't get the old ones out. Recalled I watched this video way back and came back to it, old weights were removed 5mins after! Thanks man!
