Man i can feel my back hurting just thinking of doing that tile demo by hand. It might be worth the investment to get an air hammer with a chisel bit and a battery powered compressor. Keep up the good work, ive never done flooring but id probably always add some kind of dampening layer for hearing less footsteps.

I have a very nice jack hammer but the customers countertops where granite and I didn’t trust the vibration on the wood sub straight to hand it and crack the granite so I did it the hard way
