I have seen SO many hair taping, ribbon taping, and braiding tutorials. Do you know how many mentioned "Hey, if you're doing a 3-strand English braid, use the ribbon as one of your strands!" ZERO!! And this is a dang GAME CHANGER! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Finally! A hairstyle I can actually do. My hair is half my height so finding a ribbon to accommodate was the most challenging part.

This worked really well! I had to use a ribbon that was much longer than my hair to make it work (my hair is 24inches long and I had to use a 60 inch ribbon) but it looked awesome and stayed up well! Can't wait to wear it to RenFair

I love this so much! I especially like how it's really quite neat for the 'taping' effect - most tutorials I've seen usually get the ribbon all over the place and it doesn't look as good as yours. :')
