Renaissance Paris Vendome’s Fête for Global Day of Discovery 2018

From an unexpected design experience to an unexpected evening, Renaissance Paris Vendome showed Global Day guests how, when in France, there’s nothing quite like a Parisian fête. Legendary interior designer Didier Gomez took attendees on an exclusive tour showing how traces of the past mingle with eye-catching modern touches throughout the hotel.
Then, onto an unscripted evening! After sipping on a locally inspired cocktail during the bar ritual, guests indulged in a Navigator’s Table Dinner, hosted by the hotel’s Navigator Marie-Paule Picasse. The dinner’s theme? Edible Eloquence-par excellence, we might add.
A Bedouin escape. A night of island rhythm. Dinner whipped up on a surface of hot glass as it cools. It’s all in a day-when that day happens to be Global Day of Discovery, that is. On June 5, we invited guests and locals to go off-script with us as we celebrated our 7th annual Global Day of Discovery across 36 countries.
