Renaissance Paris Vendome Navigator's Table Dinner | Global Day of Discovery 2018

It was an evening of edible eloquence, then again, we’d expect nothing else during the unexpected and indulgent evening Renaissance Paris Vendome planned for their Global Day of Discovery guests.
First, the bar ritual to whet the palette, where the spotlight was on a modern cocktail whipped up using locally sourced gin. Then onto the dinner, hosted by the hotel’s Navigator Marie-Paule Picasse. Each course was thoughtfully crafted to tell a story and not only tantalized taste buds but also offered a can’t-miss Insta-opportunity given their artistic presentation. Bon appétit, indeed!
