actually i like that it works that way, since in the video he is standing in the parts where the fog isnt blocked by the wall, it would only be bad if he gets hit behind the wall, the only problem is that there should be an animation continuation of the part that doest get blocked by the wall

I think it's pretty obvious. Renata's Ult is divided into seperate parts that move independently. Like: 2/5 segments get blocked by the windwall. The rest continues travelling. But the block disables the animation of all divisions of the ultimate. In the examples you have shown Yasuo always moved to an area that wasn't shielded by the windwall

It is infuriating when a Nami, Sona, Ezrael or any spell gets eaten by a windwall that came out way too late AND only hit one pixel of the spell

Pretty sure it’s working fine, the windwall didn’t blocked the whole thing just some parts and the other part of the ult continued traveling just the animation was cut off.

I think its work as intended. Renata ult is like ashe w so some part of it blocked but other parts doesnt. But riot forgor protecting the visual effects when getting hit by windwall.

It's not really that weird, since he's standning to the side of the W. The only dumb part is that the entire ults visual dissapears, and not just the part that came in contact with the W.

Or the part that he can dash and use Q at the same time so he literally can't miss it even tho it is only once? The only situational thing is that he can't dash 20 times if there are no minions, but the same thing can be said about irelia, and she is beyond busted. The yasuo hate was over when Rito released way more busted shit in to the game

It is a visual bug, works as intended, Yasuo W can block a part of wide range abilities such as Miss Fortune and Renata Ultimate ability, for instance you can block half of mf R with Yas W, there's just this visual bug with Renata where it doesn't show the rest of ult traveling, riot should've thought of this interaction.

It’s legit one of, if not the most broken ability’s in the game. It can block multiple ults as well as ranged projectiles making ranged champs useless. He also has unlimited dashes and a shield every 15-20 seconds.

it's a visual bug im assuming. it cancels out the entire ult's particles despite a portion of it continuing to travel as it wasn't blocked by the wind wall. yasuo having to physically move so that the wind wall wasn't covering him is a dead giveaway, reflecting the low severity of the bug.

Well it's easy.....it's a gaseous vapor comprised of super dense, heavier than air particulates that have a strong affinity for one another. Whilst the upward draft may partially separate the molecules enough to disperse the visible refraction of light (i.e., color), the majority of the concentration is not heavily affected enough to render the compound ineffective upon the inhaler. Thus, Yasuo has tried his best to block the matter, but has ultimately failed due to his miscalculations.
