Definitely want that 1.5 DCI in bs6, hope they won't skip that and only give turbo petrol and hybrid options, majority of the sales of duster was from that gem diesel engine. And also, awd too. If it happens, I'll replace my duster with the new one.

Besides providing Dacia's cars, Renault must also make their other products available in India like the Clio and Captur or Kadjar. The new age Renaults look very attractive and the existing lineup of cars in India could do with some change.

See it's not about having just low ratio transfer case.. but overall weight of the car... It's all about momentum and having a monocoque architecture means you are defying the weight being a problem for the car especially in tricky conditions... 4x4 cud be gud in rock crawling... But when it comes to everyday or snow mud, these guys can outsmart atleast tricky conditions rather than hardcore specific trails....

Renault listen. Please offer a Sunroof even if it's a decent sized single pane at leat as an optional feature. Duster has a cult following. Stick to strong mechanicals and make it better with a slightly plusher cabin feel and please offer a 4×4 preferably with a Torque Converter and a may be a hybrid for fuel economy. It's high time someone unseated the now Overpriced Hyundai Creta.

I have the AWD .. 9 years, long drives across India and the car is still as good as new!!! The only grime i had with this car is the heavy clutch and heavy steering!! Otherwise the AWD was a phenomenal car.

Duster was that true blue Suv...until Creta lured the buyer with cosmetic and electronic gimmicky...now everything has come a full circle in a decade..How will Renault approach the market with it's new iteration? Duster Name is a separate brand ,but pricing and packaging is quite a tight rope walking for renault..but hope they balance things well..because I m also among those million Indians who dream of owning the duster one day...or end up getting another brand for dubious reasons ,but still gape when a duster passes by..wondering why rotten guys get cute girls😅
