Thank you, it does. I had no opportunity to check the results after some time though.

Did you waterproof the inside of those raised beds to stop the render blowing in the future due to water?
@fallonlau82386 жыл бұрын
It doesn't look like he did. What would happen if he didn't
@ChrisEvans10015 жыл бұрын
@@fallonlau8238 The render would blow
@S0dininkas5 жыл бұрын
Always. It depends on the project, what is required. Sometimes it is bitumen, sometimes as simple as DPM. In this case it is the second if I remember well.

Usually if you see the blocks or bricks in the render it’s because there’s been no scratch coat

Blocks burning through no scratch done a 1 coat wonder oh dear
@S0dininkas5 жыл бұрын
It is true. The part where the blocks are clearly visible was done by me, so I now that. It was deep under the integrated BBQ and I have no regrets about that (there are no excuses to do sh** job to your client though). There is episode in the video with the scrach coat and that was the point that you need one.

I have my own opinion about ‘oh dear’ part. However I can’t express myself here :D.

Look around you! What works and lasts? Your “specialists”, are they just ‘moaners’? Did they give you any constructive arguments? what are alternatives? Etc.
