This is actually really good. This is by far, the best beginner rebound or video. It's so flipping simple. It's a complete Beginner, never worked out Before friendly and also just new to the rebounder friendly. FIve minutes is a good workout. Work smarter, not harder.

Taking notes before I start this morning. I may choose to do this 5 min workout before I do your 10 min workout, but I found your 10 min workout first.

@@ReneeLynne Ok, thanks. I tend to keep my sound low to not inconvenience the rest of the household, so I had to stop and listen constantly. I found that I had to watch the video first, before I start the workout.
