I am new to rebounding and I have really fallen in love with it. Your rebounder routines are by far my absolute favorites, especially this one! I love your incorporation of various workouts ( tabata, kickboxing, etc.) into one routine and the addition of light hand weights was an added bonus! Thank you so much all of your hard work!
