I would like to say great videos, I am 66 always tried to maintain my health,,, running , trail runs, martial arts, weights , etc.... my joints started to go,,, at first I was going to get mini trampoline to run inside,, was unware of all the benefits of rebounding, just the past couple months feel great, you are awesome in videos, easy to follow and you are motivational, I think the mental, physical, and spiritual are all intertwined together...so feel great about yourself that you are carrying a very important message,, God Bless you and your family

Thank you so much for the video. I'm69 years young and love the 30 sec-30 sec recovery. The 20 minutes went by so fast! I have a bar on my rebounder. Working on getting rid of it. Some day. :)

Oh my goodness, thank you for this! I’m a very overweight 39 year old. I said no more and I promised myself I would lose 100 pounds before I turned 40(next April) or at least get close. I bought a rebounder and have been mostly health bouncing and watched literally 30+ videos and they are all either too little cardio or too much for me to do at this weight. This one was PERFECT! It wasn’t easy for me by any means and I only went to 11 minutes(one cycle through) but I DID it! I’m so proud of myself. I’m red and sweaty and I know that’s what my body needs. I will be doing this everyday. Goal is to do it twice by next week. Thank you so much seriously

Renee Lynne thank you!!! I just did one round again and my goal today is to test for a teeny bit and then do it again. I started calorie counting last week. I was on keto off and on for awhile and it works until I stop eating keto so I’m trying low cal and so far so good. I’m not weighing because that’s a trigger for me to eat(it I do good I reward with food if I don’t lose weight I think it’s not working and binge) so trying to break that cycle. I’m taking weekly videos of myself doing this routine to watch my body change. So happy I found your channel

@@berdawn82 you are truly an inspiration. I love you positive outlook and your determination to get healthy for the right reasons. I too avoid the scale now for similar reasons. Yes I am not a huge fan of elimination diets (unless for allergies), I feel they aren’t sustainable life long. I truly think you would love macro counting. It’s life changing. I’d be happy to help in anyway. I’m beyond grateful you found my channel. I can feel your beautiful spirit through the screen. 🥰

@@berdawn82 Awe thank you. You are too kind. Macro counting is truly amazing. It can take time to figure out what works best. I do, but haven't quite figured it all out yet. I will have my daughters help me with that ASAP!!
