Oh hes got way more than 300 kills. 300k baterians dead, the unknown fight on Akuze was bound to have several dozen casualties if hes the only one who survived,the complete genocide of rachni, took down several Dreadnaught class reaper ships, asari commandos, mercenary Krogan, countless Cerberus forces, inmates, Turian guards, and even thresher maws (if you fight them right) I'd say he's in the 400k range for sure
