So basically, the difference between this death battle and the one between Batman and Spider-Man is that Terry's suit made up for Bruce's weaknesses (the limitations of being a normal human) and Miles lacked some of Peter's advantages (Spider-sense and 'Way of the Spider' martial arts). The outcome makes sense; despite lacking Bruce's knowledge and experience, since he had Bruce monitoring him from afar, he technically still had them. And while Miles had enhanced senses, like Daredevil, they weren't enough to make up for his lack of combat training and lack of spider-sense.

Isn't the masamune basically just an exaggerated nodachi (which was actually used on the battlefield)? It's not nearly as ridiculous as the buster sword, and considering Sephiroth has all those jenova cells that make him superhuman anyways... I don't get the bitching.

I wish Death Battle would offer a disclaimer on how none of what they say should be taken as fact, the kids and the uninformed take what they hear from them and apply it to ever character debate as justification to hate or to love certain characters or to agree or disagree with certain outcomes of battles. For instance, the Superman vs "X" comparison. "Superman has infinite power so he wins." "Superman can speed blitz, so he wins" "Superman has heat vision so he wins" so stupid. None of these are absolute, it's all for fun and Death Battle ruins it by refusing to acknowledge that they don't have all the facts. A disease on the community.

it was basically a rematch. there was already a batman(bruce wayne) vs. spider-man(peter parker) and spider-man won. but yes it was very bias on this one. they made miguel a teenager (when he seems to be in his early to mid 20's) in this fight and not even including his other suit made by peter which they even studied. the fight was rigged and i give the win to spider-man by default

no my point is still valid. you clearly stated that i thought spider-man 2099 should win because he's a spider-man and/or spider-man won the last fight. my point was that screw attack didn't give him his second suit (which increases his defense greatly) and made him careless and reckless just like almost every teen. they gave him a handicap and left batman beyond as is. point proven
