As a RR rookie, all I can say is "wow!!".....I was not prepared for how overwhelming that event was going to be. Every day was full saturation....just an amazingly impressive event. People were wonderful, all the Porsche's were amazing and inspiring. Had a blast, can't wait for the next one! Manny's RR tips leading up to the event were definitely helpful.

I watched Rennsport all weekend on motor trend. It was great. Best moment was the battle of the two 917 can-am cars in the race on Sunday afternoon. Having been to the Porsche museum in Stuttgart, I was amazed how many cars Porsche brought. Btw Vu, get well soon

I had to laugh when Manny and gang mentioned how great Laguna Seca was as a venue because of no rain. I attended Saturday and Sunday and It was so wet and windy and chilly on Saturday! It was hilarious to see the Carrera GT owners out for parade laps in the rain throwing up rooster tails. 918s parked up after track time, covered in mud and debris. Good times.

Its true. It was my fault. I tempted the rain gods. 20 years I've been going there, it's never rained........until this past Saturday (and for one hour on Sunday). Now we can go back to the east coast for Rennsport 8.....or maybe COTA :)
