Vi muitos comentários aqui de pessoas que nao têm conhecimentos, apesar que o vídeo não mostrou todo o processo, mas como já trabalhei numa renovadora por 2 anos, posso dizer que fica muito bom sim, a natureza agradece e seu bolço tbm, só aconselho uma coisa renove o seu pneu(caminhões e utilitários), pq vc sabe a procedência, não compre de terceiros, pois o mesmo nem sempre teve um bom uso, passando do limimite necessário para recauchutagem. Na minha humilde opinião a Vipal é o melhor fabricante de produtos de recauchutagem e remold da América Latina, quando se podia usar remold em motos, só usava de procedência Vipal, mas os frabricantes de pneus derrubaram na justiça o pneus remold para motos, alegando risco ao condutor, uma falácia, mas a Vipal foi mais esperta e criou o seu próprio pneu Vipal, e agora continuo usando Vipal, melhor pneu de moto que existe, uso sempre o St 400, que ultrapassa os 16.000km tranqüilos. Fica a dica!

Apuesto a que el 95% de los que critican sin saber ni siquiera saben que tipo de llantas tienen montadas en sus vehículos y mucho menos que significa toda la nomenclatura la cual está regulada por normas internacionales. Las llantas están diseñadas para un propósito determinado y por supuesto las hay desde siempre que están específicamente hechas para ser reencauchadas cuando es seguro hacerlo, es decir cuando no presentan daños en otra parte que no sea la de desgaste. De toda la vida ha existido esa tecnología y si existiera sospecha de algún peligro o falla probada atribuible a un neumático reencauchado correctamente, ya estarían prohibidas para su huso en los países desarrollados, pero han probado ser una solución adecuada para ahorrar costos y por eso siguen en el mercado. Por cierto, que no tengo idea de cuánto cuesta una llanta nueva de buena calidad, pero si se toma en cuenta que un vehículo utilitario como lo son los transportes de carga, recorre en poco tiempo grandes distancias comparado con un vehículo de casa, es lógico pensar que la solución mas práctica para evitar llenar los basureros con llantas es darles nueva vida, lo cual no necesariamente significa sacrificar seguridad. Prefiero mil veces conducir junto a un tractocamion con todos los neumáticos reencauchados a conducir junto a uno que no se le da el mantenimiento adecuado, y eso incluye revisión del estado de los neumáticos o llantas o como se les llame. El tema de las llantas da para mucho en cuanto a discusión, pero porque hay mucha información al respecto, no porque sea algo sobre lo que todos puedan o podamos opinar.

No se menosprecia el trabajo todos tenemos derecho a ganarnos el pan de cada día , pero ya se a demostrado q este tipo de trabajos son de un 90% de accidentes en carretera ya q no cumplen con los mínimos estándares de calidad y seguridad , pero es decisión de cada persona q le coloca a sus vehículos ya q pone en riesgo su vida y los demás conductores q no tienen la culpa de las malas decisiones de los demás , y por eso hay tanta mediocridad en el mundo y a este muchacho con esa habilidad es mejor q trabaje en un lugar q si cumpla con las demandas ya q la experiencia la tiene.

Aunque parezca sencillo ( faltan en el vídeo otros procesos importantes ) el sistema funciona . Tengan en cuenta que el neumático de vehículo pesado tiene solicitaciones de trabajo muy distintas a un automóvil de turismo . Para los que no saben y solo comentan por lo que ven en el vídeo este es solo parte del proceso luego de ahí va a una cámara de vulcanización en la cual con otro proceso de recubrimiento de la llanta se procesa a presión y calor para hacer una adherencia total de la banda a el casco de la llanta este proceso es más económico y rendidor que comprar una llanta nueva y en cuanto a los riesgos mientras el proceso se hace en óptimas condiciones la llanta tiene un nuevo periodo de uso de vida determinado que si se cumple no hay riesgo de nada y todo lo dicho aquí es con conocimientos real pues trabaje en una vulcanizadors de La empresa VIPAL y ellos no se andan con mamadas en cuanto a seguridad y garantía

Está muy bien la cuestión de aprovechar algo usado, pero en esto no estoy de acuerdo para nada. Y voy a explicar por qué. Yo he sido conductor y me he encontrado más de una vez con camiones a los que les ha reventado la rueda, y casi el 100% de los casos fue por neumáticos recauchutados (justo lo que se muestra en el vídeo). La banda de rodadura está pegada, con un pegamento apropiado y fuerte. Pero los camiones llevan muchísimo peso. Ello provoca que los neumáticos ganen muchísima temperatura, con lo que al final esa banda pegada se desprende, y el neumático real está muy desgastado, con lo que está muy debilitado, y ese tremendo aumento de temperatura es lo que desemboca en un reventón por lo tremendamente deteriorado que está. Un reventón de rueda conlleva en muchísimos casos un tremendo accidente como que el camión pueda volcar. Con lo que, los neumáticos recauchutados NO SON NADA SEGUROS.

😈Malo malo pero que puedo desir solo soy una niña de 11 años, 1- le ponen doble cojín , cuando con el que lleva la banda nuva vasta 2- el cojín que le pones al casco lo pegas con la mano dejando aire en el centro y ni con el rodillo lo vas a sacar. 3-la banda está mal medida , es más grande que el casco y por eso la levantas al inicio dejando unos pequeños puente y no conforme con eso te das cuenta que te has pasado y te quedó muy remangada y le das un pequeño jalón para pegar punta con punta de la banda. 4- Tomás el marro o masa y le pegas ala banda por los lados cuando debe de ser de en medio asía fuera para no dejar aire en el centro . Si vas a trabajar así no quiero saber lo que haces cuando metes las llantas a la autoclave 😈 y mucho menos saber a quién se las vendes , por que ellos no tienen la culpa de que tengan un accidente por tu culpa , bueno solo soy una niña que se yo?

A ideia é boa..mas se corre sempre o risco por mais fixo que esteja...pois a nova banda foi colada....as estradas são quentes pelo sol...e intempéries...,como os caminhoes trafegam numa faixa de 80km/h...acredito que nao havera soltura da banda posta....mas tudo envolve riscos..e um pneu novo comprado jamais será um "remold"....com uma pulga atrás da orelha....
