He Max, Happy Saturday. In NY over a million, you have to go to Long Island or Upstate. It wouldn't be in NYC. I had a root canal this week. The experience in my opinion is better than a filling. Never felt the first needle.

Yes, that is a bunch of $$$ ! Dentistry pain management has come a long way. I remember that needle for fillings when I was a child. It was larger than life ! Now, you barely feel it once the numbing gel is applied. THANKS

Having lived in several different countries, I will say don’t sleep on that rotisserie lamp. The last country I lived in had heat lamps in the bathrooms, and they worked...a little too well.

Deal is an understatement for this property, what, where we live, this would run in the Millions and for $200,000 or a bit above that, where we are, you would be in a three-bedroom trailer park community 🤪. This is amazing and a beautiful property indeed. I'm happy for whoever was able to invest in it, and may I ask, why was it so affordable? That appears to be the norm from the videos I've seen so far it very well just could be the way in Richmond but why are the properties so affordable anyhow?
