Congrats... looks like you are very close that you could actually sleep in the house soon. Save some money on rent from somewhere else. The little hedgehog at the end is cute. Captive born hedgehogs actually make good pets and they are alot of fun. I had one as a kid.

I think P. B. Markovic is right, please think seriously about removing the concrete and to ask from a professional if need to replace the wood girders (beams). You guys are doing a great job, it is always so nice to see your wonderfull videos. You are the best!!! May God help and protect you.

Fabien, it's always a pleasure to see you here, hahahaha yes I love this casquette. and the jacket is because it is starting to get cold and rainy, autumn weather. The challange for Joana is in her head but she is still a little scared to do it, I will teach her but it will surely take some time, I am sure that one day she will achieve it... yes the animal at the end is a herisson , He squat the House. I love seeing the progress, it's coming along very well. I have a couple power stations myself and they are very handy, instead of running an extension cord and looking for an outlet, I just grab my power station. Living in California where we have frequent power losses, having a power station is very important.

Hola Naomi, como estas, pues la primera habitacion que haremos sera la de abajo, y la vigas pensabamos pintarlas blancas las de abajo, las de el techo algunas iran cubertas porque tendremos que poner ailsante en el techo, cuidate

The concrete you put on the tob of your deteriorated wood gerders is no good. It is going to calapse and kill someone in the house. You have to replace roted wood gerders with preasurre treadted wood gerders the same size. Hire structural engineer, he will tell you what to do.

Hello P.B, actually the concrete that we have put on top of the oak beams is only to reach the level of the second floor, we could say that it is decorative, since the weight is in the beams that are in good condition, a wood that is no longer found. but thank you very much for your constructive proposal have a good day, Diego.
