I love these renovation series' what a difference each day makes. I love seeing it all come together, you look so happy and excited and I can't wait for series 4. The garden is huge Freya, you could get a pretty girl shed and deck it out with pretty things, I love girl sheds, lol. Or make a patio area with outdoor couches and a table, but what ever you do I know it will be beautiful both in the garden and in your home. x

I would plant blue bells under the group of trees so it’s like a mini wood. A good secure fence is a must so fur baby can run around in the garden safe and on his own. I’m really enjoying your renovation series

It's coming along really well. Can't wait to see the next episode. Will just say your gardeners/builders should have taken the glass out of the shed beforehand. It's like if you break a glass inside, you never get it all. However, your garden is absolutely huge. Hopefully we get some nice weather so you can enjoy it. x

Hey Freya, Alan Titchmarsh would work absolutely wonders with all that fabulous outdoor space. Why not look at some of his old programs for inspiration. I know I’d be coiling white stringed solar lights around the trunk of the trees. It would look amazing at night - especially when you’re relaxing in your jacuzzi with a cheeky glass of 🍾. It’s going to be amazing.

A sense of relief is showing in your smiles now that things are "happening". Conifers are a nightmare and you can't really prune them, it's all or nothing. They look nice at 6 feet and turn into monsters. You could always buy new trees when the garden is landscaped. A good garden landscaper would give you the advice as to what will work and grow. Will save money in the long run.

Omg all this renovation to the house and garden must have cost You and Tom and fortune !! 😮 . It is coming along great. Now that the garden has been cleared a bit more I see it is quiet a huge garden. You should get a tree expert in and get them to trim down all the heights of the trees , which will bring you more light into the house .

Wow.. It's coming on so far👌.. Will be great when all plastered and the floors are cleaned😁. Garden is huge🏡.. I would put chippings under the trees🌳🌲 because the grass wont grow there anywhere... And then eg ferns, bluebells etc.. So it is a beautiful mini woodland area. You need to see where the sun rises and sets, where shade and full sun is etc.. To plan what can grow where in the garden.
@FreyaFarrington3 жыл бұрын

@@FreyaFarrington the you tuber "Dainty Diaries" just did something similar under a big tree in her garden where no grass can grow 😊. I did the same in my garden a few years ago, with a natural pond for insects and birds, squirrels etc to drink (no chemicals, only natural pond cleaner.. Mine is peat pellets). The insects and animals love it. I also added stumps of wood to the area to make a stumpery which the insects love eg to over winter in. If you cut down that one big tree/or the one where the extension will go.. You will have loads of wood for a stumpery, fire pit, indoor wood burner etc🤗

Coming along nicely Freya! Just wondering whether the red shed could have been air lifted and put into a skip? Or even sold as is🤷🏻♀️ seems impractical for them to have broken it down in the garden and smashed it to a pulp - especially since you have a pup and the glass I imagine is quite tough to remove from the soil?? Just a thought. Cannot wait to see you decorate and purchase bits for the rooms 😍 dreaaaaam house
