Renpho R3 Mini Massage Gun Reivew

I'm a client of Adams and I bought a set of the Renpho Body Fat Scales after using a set he had at the gym. I really enjoy the Renpho products and they have great customer service too. I'm looking forward to trying out the Renpho massage gun at my next session. My brother is a power lifter and they love using massage guns in between or at the end of their sets, to help relieve muscle tension. I've had a go on theirs but it was a bit too powerful for me, this massage gun seems a lot less industrial and more user friendly!

Hi many congratulations for your review... Why don't you try the new pro renpho version with 3 titanium accessories? Is 60w power against 24w a monster stall force and on amazon 100 $ coupon discount I think for 199 dollars is a real best quality massage gun best buy

Titanium? wow really.. sound pretty serious. TBh man this has plenty of power for what I use it for. But I would be interested to see how that monster stall force feels.

I just bought this and it seems mines defective. I was using it and saw the lack of percussion and it was mostly vibrating at high speed. I checked your video and you can visually see the bounce. Whereas mine is so quick, level 1 was faster than your level 5.so there seems to he some quality issues

Yeah I had no problem with mine. I'm sure you can easily get a replacement by contacting them or Amazon. In glad my video helped you compare if there was a problem though!

What muscle groups does it work best on?

You can use it just about everywhere except your head. I find it works well for your upper traps and any sore spots around the shoulder.

Thanks for the video, is this powerful enough to where it can "hurt"? You mentioned level 3 is pretty powerful, so I am guessing 5 would be able to do that? Looking for something with that kind of power.

Happy to help mate. If you mean hurt as in, hurt like a good deep tissue massage. It's not exactly the same. Keep in mind the higher the level means the quicker it jabs you = more intense vibration. Not so much how hard it jabs you. If your wanting like a deep trigger release you can't go wrong with lacrosse hitting the right spot.

@@AdamMovementTherapy Thanks for the insight! I already have a foam roller and hear the lacrosse balls are superior in terms of more targeting areas more along with being even firmer. Perhaps the ultimate combination is getting the ball and this gun :)

Hey, you can apply more pressure to get a deeper massage when using it and it still works fine.
