अगर सभी लोग ये सोचकर मकान बनाना ही बंद कर दिया तो किराया पर कहा रहोगे खाली सड़क पर जितना मंथली किराया दोगे उतना मंथली लोन कि किस्त देने में क्या बुराई है मकान तो अपना होगा आजकल छोटे छोटे मकान के बेतहाशा किराया है फिर बार बार बार ख़ाली करो मकान ढुढो कमीशन दो धर का सामान अलग टुटफुट जाता है मकान मालिक का एटिट्यूड अलग कब खाली करा दे फिर तलाश करो यदि पोसिबल है तो मकान बनाना चाहिए जब तक रहोगे किराया बचेगा अच्छा प्रोफिट मिले तो बेच दो फिर सस्ता तलाश करो

Spend money on rent is completely wastage of money. Because in current scenario property prices are rising very rapidly. Also rent is also rising. If you spend money on repayment of your EMIs. So one day you will be the owner of your own home. Also EMIs are fixed but rent increase rapidly. And as money devaluation will make very easy to pau your EMIs. But after 25-30 years its very tough to pay higher rent. Also property price appreciate 2-3 times easily in 25 years.

But when you are unable to pay the loan of that house due to some untoward incident like losing job or business loss then also the feeling is very different . In fact it is very bitter & disgusting . That is what this person is trying to make you understand that renting out a flat is much better option than buying as risk involved is very less If you have sufficient funds or money than you may certainly go for buying but if not than taking house loan becomes a big gamble

सर मैंने 5 साल पहले एक प्लॉट लिया था, अभी मैंने जहा रह रहा हूँ वो घर साइज में छोटा हैं लेकिन 3 मंजीला बना हैं. अगर मैंने अब उस प्लॉट पर घर के साथ शॉप भी बनाता हूँ और तो मुझे 15 लाख का लोन लेना हैं और इस पुराने घर को रेंट पर दूंगा 22k आ जायेगे तो घर बनाने में समझधारी हैं ना???

if you lose your job, you will not be able to pay the rent as well. In that case, what will work? also if you are paying the emi of say suppose 20-25k per month for the house you buy and at the other scenario you are paying rent for 15k per month. after 20-25 years, you will get the house at the same emi amount but in rent what will be yours? and I am pretty sure that after 20-25 years the rent will increase much higher than now. Would love to hear some unique answers.

very funny argument. You will have to keep shifting rented houses too. Owners don't allow tenants to stay more than 2 -3 years maximum. Moreover what about those who are already tenants to start with

Also once you sign the deal EMI doesn't increase. Your salary will increase and the EMI that looks heavy now will eventually feel like peanuts. On the contrary, rent will keep on increasing. How will you pay rent after retirement? Yes, there is some risk in home loan but retiring without a home is far more riskier proposition.
