Unfortunately, all the phases are all sold out; but you can try contacting Gore Developments. I heard that, they may be having another phase. So, you can ask to be placed on that waiting list.

Hi Sher, thank you for your comment. To my knowledge the Development is all sold out. However, you can contact Gore Developments and check with them directly. They are the ones who build them and sell them.
