There is an abundance of magnificent properties in the Thailand countryside and even in the country areas surrounding Hua Hin , it's really paradise, so quiet and peaceful, usually with no other farangs for miles 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

40k is expensive for something that old fashioned. Large but pretty dated. That is A$400 per week !

That's a hefty price tag. For that amount, I would at least expect it to come with a bathtub or something. I guess this will be more for families and not for solo people. Since you have 3 bedrooms.

Hi Sue. You can try this company. I think the minimum rental is 1 month and you have to book quite a long way in advance. You have to be very careful with car rental in Thailand because many rental firms don't use the correct type 120 insurance. Only type 120 insurance covers rental cars - no type 120 insurance = zero coverage. If you have a crash, regardless of fault, you're in big financial trouble. @@suedodd7989 it's not risky if you use one of the multinationals (Hertz / Avis etc) or make sure the local rental company uses type 120 insurance.
