10 years ago I was able to find accommodation in a shared flat but i had my own room for 350 quid a month .. how times have changed

Nice video, but the rent for a shared room is usually higher now. Right now most rooms on the market are between 650-900€ in Cork City. Even the ones not in the city center... From the few cheaper ones, most of them are student only, only Mo to Fr or only short term rent for 3 months... There are roughly as many rooms for 500€-600€ as rooms for more than 1000€ on the market... But still good video and important info.

@@EugeakaEugene My apologies. I randomly saw this video again and went to check if I had commented and saw your comment. I have no idea why I wasn´t notified as I always answer. When we're talking about expensive or not expensive, we're talking about Before Traitor Joe Biden and his Maduro dictatorship or before then. So, for example, in the real world, when men were men and didn't want to be women, we bought a 1,200 square meter house for $250K. It´s four years later and its valued at $500K. That´s insane but, it's also fake. From 2016 to 2020, gasoline was 50 cents a liter. Now, it´s $1.50 thanks to stupid policies, inept Presidential decisions which affect the whole world like a nuclear war with Russia would. Orlando is not nearly as expensive as Miami. Miami is double. The good news for us is, we are homeowners who locked in before Biden. We have money just rotting in the stock market because of him, too. Hopeful in 2024, all that changes and we can make the retirement plans. To me, there should be reasons, like the nice sunny weather everyday that things are expensive.
