You Can Tune a Piano But You Can't Tuna Fish is one of the more clever album titles ever. My maternal Grandfather that couldn't give a rip about REO Speedwagon loved that!

Not to be argumentative.. b'c I agree with you about today's music sucking!! It sucks. So.... so bad. But it isn't a dearth of talent. The talent is everywhere. It's the garbage-dump crap music that we are programming the youngsters with now, and the garbage that main-stream media and society is pushing now. The younger ones don't have a clue about how it used to be - and how we waited for this incredible music to come out. Man... we loved it. We lived it. It's so sad now, to see where it has all gone. I hope the good stuff will come back. REO was, and still is, such an awesome band, with great songs that live forever!

I saw REO Speedwagon at Illinois Wesleyan University in 1969 or 70 when they were a local band, and before they became a national success. You could tell even then that they were destined for greatness.

James Morrell Apparently that's how they got their recording contract with EPIC. They saw them playing live and they were so good and the audience loved them. It was raining and everyone stayed out in the rain to watch them.
