Is that only available if you are at home connected to your Wi-Fi? Does it work over cellular? If it does work over cellular is there a monthly fee?

This camera uses an LTE sim card like what you have in your cell phone to communicate with the app. It does not use wifi. Becuase of that there is a monthly fee for the data that comes with the sim card. That price can vary based on how much data you need and the carrier you use.
