Is the record time reduced because of the 2 cameras ? I wish this would except a 512 gb sd card.

I found those numbers on the Reolink site. I would assume it's for the 2 cameras.

Can the night vision lights and status lights be turned off? I want to buy this and use it in a window. Thanks.

Yes, the IR lights and spotlights can be switched off (there is no status light). FYI - Using any camera in a window comes with challenges; 1) the camera may focus on the glass. 2) the camera might focus on reflections in the glass. 3) reflections in the glass may interfere with the camera's vision. Ideally, you would want the camera in a dark room with no lights on. Check out this video I created on shooting through a window for some examples on these challenges.
