If you are referring to AOC repeating what Yoho yelled at her remember that she is in Congress and everything is written down and a permanent record is kept; just like as if you were in a courtroom. If you are giving testimony in a court of law, which is like Congress then you are required to give accurate and complete testimony. You don't make up other words to make them sounds less bad.
