15:47 Yes, when does campaign mode stop and smart policies begin. Is the only way to resolve to point fingers and fill in gaps with low priority policy and volatile foreign support. I also have to recall the start of the administration, when both Kamala and Biden were adamant about NOT issuing policies specifically for "Black" Americans. Instead, to focus on the broader ethnic composition. Then, soon after delivering bills that were identity/ethnicity specific.

Ofcourse Major Garrett didn't really give her enough time to BREAK DOWN THOSE SUBJECTS MORE... Thank you Charles. The Government wasn't thinking about environmental issues when thy handed out CASH reparations for the Japanese and others🤔 I'm not mad at those who dig deep to find logical excuses to not give the black man his due, after all they eating good in the neighborhood. Unlike myself who had to leave the grocery store because the prices didn't math up to what was in my pocket. Or get a $749 dollar electric bill when my bill never went over $180 dollars. Or have to deal with ski rocket property taxes. Yeah....it's all good. One Day I promise! Karen we live in an oppressive regime and don't have any where to run to. Black folks in this country has always picked ourselves up by our boot straps over and over again. The lies are getting repetitive. Black Americans have generations of work in some of these American companies. It is a slap in the face to not admit it's about the pay.
