Watched a bunch of your videos. It's funny that all I thought about , was yep, he's an owner and not working for the owner, when you mentioned how some people had no idea to do this or do that or the best was how to clean out the sprayer after finishing using it for the next job. Can't remember how many spray painters said they know what they have to do when asked about spraying. That's the difference with the guy who has to pay for the sprayer and those who don't.

Hi there. Thanks so much for your informative videos. I am a homeowner who does all of the painting jobs. There’s a little fascia repairing tool called the FaceBlaster that might help your fingers. It’s original used to release wrinkles and lines from the face but it works great on hands and feet too.

How many gallons should the rx pro guns last before repack? Whats tell tale sign that its time? I have sprayed at least 500 gallons thru both my guns never repacked just change filter but i have noticed some more spits here and there so i wonderd if my needle was starting to wear out

I just purchased a Graco 390 PC. I’m just a DIY’er and I put all new trim in my house and now it’s time to spray. Sprayer was probably overkill, but I want a quality job and I don’t buy anything but quality tools. Sooo…. Questions is, can I mate a Titan RX pro gun with the Graco sprayer ? I watched your video about the Graco Contractor guns and it seemed you favored the Titan a lil more than the Newer Graco guns. The 390 just comes with the run of the mill gun and I want a 2 finger set-up. What would you recommend ? Love your videos, keep up the great work.

Having an issue pulling trigger after I have repacked and changed the ball. When I tighten down the front it makes my trigger have no tension

Just last week my titan gun started shooting out paint after I let go of the trigger. Like a 5 second stream of paint. Gun was toasted. Went to the nearest sherwin Williams on a Saturday and no manager was on duty, they only had 1 gun for sale, no repacking kits, nothing but the standard “Greco contractor”...for $275. I was so bummed out, I needed a gun so I grabbed it but I’m still salty about it. The trigger pull on the contractor gun must be 20 pounds.

you can use any tips, some tips like the HEA ones will require you to change the pressure on the machine you are using

It’s a titan gun, it comes with a titan “guard” that screws into the nozzle. A titan guard can only accept titan tips. You can buy a Graco guard and it screws into the nozzle. This allows you to use Graco tips. Lots of different tips but I like titans fine finish tips and titans hea tips

@@Idahopainter That could happen with any gun,thats why I use the safety when I stop. Thanks for the video. I have 2 of those titan guns,and I think I messed up that factory setting. It will work fine for a little bit then will continue to spray even if trigger is released. I have to carry an Allen wrench around to quickly tune it down from the back.

the RX80 has a full rebuild kit that replaces the whole needle. That's the nice thing about the upgrade from RX80 to the RX-Pro, the Pro is significantly cheaper

I'm not the Idaho Painter...but it's worth the money indeed. I THOUGHT THIS GUN WAS AMAZING.....JUST DIDNT KNOW WHY! I wouldn't spend no $129 on lesser guns. I've thrown 2 Graco PC gun's away as well. Titan Rx-Pro and Graco Silver guns are my go to. Just make sure to toss the red Titan tip guard and change it out to a Graco blue guard.
