Another great video! I think your next step with your repairs should be polishing the pivots and pegging the bushings.I suggest using DEOX7 from Timesavers in your Ultra Sonic unit.

You are right! I meant to, but it is simple. You place the hour hand anywhere, set the alarm dial to 12:00, and turn hour hand. When alarm rings, that is 12:00. Then just reposition the hands to 12:00.

It is. It rings a few minutes early, but the alarm dial is not that accurate. I imagine that people who used it to wake up gradually adjusted it so it rang when they wanted it to.
