This mower has ten horsepower, 33 inch cut and no riding - it has lots of power to cut heavy growth, which is what i use it for. I would like to mow ditches, but it's not so great at that. For one thing the gas tank is almost level with the carburetor so that when the gas tank is on the low side of the ditch, no gas flows. I am thinking of a way to raise it up.

Thank you very much for this video. The shifting rod was just flopping around at the bottom of my mower, and I had no idea where it connected to the transmission. I just needed a quick peek to see what I was missing.

HI Bob, I',m trying to remove that shift lever. Is the square end actually a screw? Mine is rusted and stuck. Don't want to bend it if its not a screw. How did you get yours out? I'm working on identical mower. Thanks, Rob
