Good call on offloading the Citroen C3 and making a profit on it. Sorry to hear about the house sale falling through, that is one of the few things that the Scottish legal system does better. Once a sale is agreed in Scotland it is very hard to back out without penalty. Regarding the Audi Q5 it is shaping up nicely. Not many people could tackle that quarter panel with confidence, far less get the alignment spot on. Chris is a master at complex bodywork repairs.

Another classic workshop on how to repair a car properly. I went on a LR day when I bought my wife an Évoque in 2016. What a great day out, my wife was nervous at first but the instructors are so good, she quickly lost her fears. Rob uses the word 'metal' when he means 'steel', either a pressing or a casting. Putting different (technically 'dissimilar') metals together without anything between them can create a source of corrosion that can 'knit' the parts together as they oxidise and cause one to be eroded or sacrificed and so can make them difficult to separate. Adding water and road salt into the mix makes this chemical reaction occur more rapidly and more vigorously. I hope this helps.
