I’ve got a little chief pinball to work on. Would be a good combo to have a big Indian and little chief😂

I think that’s either heavily leaded solder or straight up lead wire . Maybe they thought it would act like a fuse if it got hot ? God forbid someone gets a glass fuse for it , lucky it didn’t cause a fire

Yeah, the fuse defeating strategies always scare me!

How much evaporust do you need to be able to entirely cover the legs. Do you put it in like a tote? Also evaporust is reusable correct?

Yes you can re-use the evaporust as much as you want . After a while it gets pretty dirty and doesn’t work as well so it will have to be replaced . Usually you want to get a container the shape of what you’re trying to dip so you can use less . For legs maybe like a long flower box that you would put on a window ledge . Just a thought.

I have a section of 3" PVC pipe with a cap glued to one end placed vertically (another cap not glued to cover the top so it doesn't evaporate). A gallon of evaporust will over the legs, but only two will fit at a time. I probably get about 20 or 30 legs cleaned per gallon, so around ~$1 per leg to clean in evaporust.
