I have gotten two free dremels from the brushes over heating and melting the brush holder sockets. Little file work and they are brand new again. I have also had a milwaukee v28 impact wrench that worked randomly it had a cracked brush that would get stuck every now and then. Just wish someone would give me a free mag drill with this issue
