Guurl. Thank you❤ Ive been using the Renpure rosemary mint cleansing conditioner as my shampoo for colors 3-4 times a week. Its my holy grail shampoo for pastel colors that last longer. I highly recommend it. Its the only thing that doesnt strip the color out of my greasy fine bleached hair and still gets it nice and clean. It SAVED my hair.

What’s the best product to use to repair damaged hair but also help it grow? I bleached my hair and had to cut off like 4 inches cuz it was so fried, I haven’t bleached my hair in a month and I’m using coconut milk, a garnier fructis leave in hair mask for damaging hair but I want my hair to grow also, I use a bonding shampoo and conditioner also. A product won’t make your hair grow. Give yourself head massages to promote blood circulation in your scalp, and take hair skin and nail vitamins. 💕

Jamaica black Castro oil dark has ash in it what helps stimulates the hair follicles give your scalp a massage with it before bed time and keep the oil in over night. On the night before wash day so if its to oily you can wash it out in the morning

Aren’t there protein products that are ph balanced in a way so you can use them on a regular basis and not cause breakage? I’m currently using all plex (one of the olaplex knockoffs) when I wash and condition. I do not use the treatment regularly but all of their products are marketed to regular use. Thoughts?

Olaplex isn't a protein treatment it's a disulfide bond builder which is why it can be used on a regular basis. As for whether there are protein treatments that are safe for regular use, I don't know of any currently but it's possible.

Sorry this is an old comment, but Kevin Murphy Repair.Me Wash & Rinse uses a plant pea protein that doesn't overload your hair with protein, I highly recommend! (It smells amazing too)

Roxy Mendoza yes, having to much protein makes the hair rigid, you need something with more moisture to balance it out. The moisture will help your hair be more elastic. You need both so the hair is strong but flexible.
