Repairing front door latch on BMW 328Ci e46

This is such a good video!! Thanks for posting it! There is almost no info on this version of the E46 door actuator and outside handle. BMW completely changed the design in 09/2000 and as a result most videos are about the newer version. My only question is can't the window mechanism stay in while you pull the actuator out?
