FYI, that type of washer is called a Belleville Washer. It's a "lock" washer in that it provides spring tension against the substrate to prevent the retaining bolt/fitting from coming loose in situations where vibration is high. Awesome repair! Cheers! Zip~

John, you are incredibly talented. Any car/motorcycle dealership would hire you in a second. I was recently laid off from a large healthcare company myself. You are doing the right thing with your channel. I can see your channel growing as big as Mr. Beast and surpassing him. You educate the consumer which is not something most other channels do. A lof of KZbinr's do goofy shit which is cute but has no content or value behind it. I can see you even getting your own TV show one day. Keep up the good work.

You should do a time lapse/highlight/compilation video after each project and cut footage you already have to show the completed project from start to finish. Would be a cool way to track each project you finish and kind of like a nice send off. With the lighting, you can really see the seats better from the cleaning video. Looks great!

For the air horn, put a air tank in there and then use an air switch instead of just the air compressor and an electric switch to operate the compressor. Set up up like a small shop compressor with a pressure switch to kick the air compressor on automatically to build the pressure and kick the compressor off when the pressure is at the desired setting. Use something like a 5 gallon tank so that it holds enough air to operate the horns properly.

you should look into getting a small air reserve tank and plumbing that into the the line between the air compressor and the air horn that would give you the air you need to make the horns work properly.

Fiamm, I think I have a double set of old air horns. The Fiamm compressor went bad runs but no air output, it is a cylindrical shaped one. And the brass metal diaphragms cracked. I made some from the end of a tin can, and they were so loud using a huge air compressor. But they are too thick metal . To adjust the horn, you turn the whole trumpet, loosen lock ring and turn trumpet. I found it easier to just use a Marinco electric dual trumpet horn. But I kept the old air horns.

If nobody makes the parts for those horns, and you've got spare time on your hands, why not create a few kits and sell them online? You could charge whatever you wanted if there's demand and you're the only one selling them. They won't go bad on the shelf while you wait for them to sell, and you can do the engineering work once and sell it fifty times.

The reason why this horn using plastic diaphragm is, because it's used direct drive compressor. It only make 15-20 psi (mine is 20 and it using short and big wire size), the longer the wire or the thinner the wire having higher resistance, making the compressor weaker. Try to use bigger wire and closer to the battery, or simply buy one more compressor (it would be great and loud)
