For the air horn, put a air tank in there and then use an air switch instead of just the air compressor and an electric switch to operate the compressor. Set up up like a small shop compressor with a pressure switch to kick the air compressor on automatically to build the pressure and kick the compressor off when the pressure is at the desired setting. Use something like a 5 gallon tank so that it holds enough air to operate the horns properly.

Fiamm, I think I have a double set of old air horns. The Fiamm compressor went bad runs but no air output, it is a cylindrical shaped one. And the brass metal diaphragms cracked. I made some from the end of a tin can, and they were so loud using a huge air compressor. But they are too thick metal . To adjust the horn, you turn the whole trumpet, loosen lock ring and turn trumpet. I found it easier to just use a Marinco electric dual trumpet horn. But I kept the old air horns.

If nobody makes the parts for those horns, and you've got spare time on your hands, why not create a few kits and sell them online? You could charge whatever you wanted if there's demand and you're the only one selling them. They won't go bad on the shelf while you wait for them to sell, and you can do the engineering work once and sell it fifty times.

The reason why this horn using plastic diaphragm is, because it's used direct drive compressor. It only make 15-20 psi (mine is 20 and it using short and big wire size), the longer the wire or the thinner the wire having higher resistance, making the compressor weaker. Try to use bigger wire and closer to the battery, or simply buy one more compressor (it would be great and loud)
