Top educational. In my day we only had bog to work with. I cried 8 years ago when my now-late father sold his HJ for $600 without me knowing. Dilapitaded yes, but never in an accident and Dad always serviced it.

Thanks mate really appreciate it, i've found my fair share of dodgy rust repairs as-well its no fun fixing other peoples mistakes but its nice to know that everything has been either repaired or remade

Randomly came across your channel and am really impressed with your work, well done! Seeing the extent of the work you're doing here makes me realize the minor rust repairs on my e34 bmw should be a cake walk.

JUST remember tig is hotter than mig and you do know you can use a filler wire for mig and you can use CO2 gas for your welding ok its way cheaper and your going to grind your welds i use CO2 for all my mild steel work CO2 you pay for the weight not by pressure like argon , as i said tig hotter and argon gas is for Finnish welds obviously you have to use argon for tig . You should watch Bad Chad he will show you how to weld the panels with out warping them. Keep learning from your own mistakes, It will come to you soon enough.
