Namaskar Sir, Valve clearance rehna jaruri hai ap clearance nhi rakhenge to valve bend ho sakte hai Shaving blade ka thickness jyda hoga isliye gap jyda a rha Ek bar ap service centre se krwaiye agar feeler gauge se nhi hoga to phir wo sound camshaft ya rocker arm ki bearing ka hoga Head me engine oil a rha kya ?

Kisi bahar ke mechanic se check krawaiye aap Valve clearance sahi se set nhi kar pa rhe Valve clearance feeler gauge se 0.10-0.15 mm tak rakhiye Ye jiske paas experience hoga wo set kar dega bahar

You haven't mentioned which vehicle you're referring to If it's a scooter it's advisable to replace the engine oil either after 3500 km or within the first year whichever comes first. Additionally you can follow the maintenance schedule outlined in the owner's manual including oil top-up recommendations

Yes, it's fine to change the engine oil of this scooter every 3500 km or within the first year whichever comes first without causing any issues. You can use engine oils such as Castrol 10W30 for scooters, Motul 10W30 scooter engine oil, Servo 20W40 (not in winter) or Hero Genuine 10W30 engine oil

Valve seat damage hoga aise me compressor leakage hota rehta hai Secondary air filter se aur petrol tank T se ek ek pipe carburettor ke age manifold pipe pe juda rhta hai kya wo pipe Lage huye hai ya nikla hai pipe me crack to nhi hai?? Jab valve clearance Kam ya na rakhe to valve khule rehte hai tab us condition me ap carburettor kitna tune kar lo ideling me gadi nhi rukegi engine band hoga Mera anuman hai apko valve seat ko fresh karwana hoga Kai bar valve seat damage ho jati hai Timing disturb hoga to bhi Aisa problem ayega iske alawa carburettor me dust choke hoga to bhi Aisa problem ayega Kya choke me gadi ruk Rahi? Spark plug gap aur spark plug clean na ho to bhi Aisa problem ayega, Kai baar valve adjust karwane ke baad carburettor ko re-tune karna padta hai, apko ek bar service centre visit karna chaiye wo bata denge actual problem kaha hai ya kisi experience mechanic ke pas jao aap

Sir my scooter had same issue but after cleaning spark plug the issue is resolved.

Alright.. you only had to remove the spark plug sometimes due to carbon deposits and moisture, the sparking in the spark plug may not happen properly Issues can also arise if the spark plug gap is too much or too short. Thank you for explaining I will keep this in mind as well

Apko problem kya a rha abhi scooter chal nhi rha ya abhi chal rha and koi abnormal sound a rha Agar scooter chal rha hai aur koi sound nhi hai to ap scooter chalne do han engine oil replace karwa sakte ho But agar koi sound a rha 'tic tic tic' to wo ya to timing chain ka hoga, valve rocker ka hoga ya rocker arm ke bearing ka hoga, camshaft bhi jab ghis (due to friction) to bhi sound ane lagta hai - ye hota hai jab engine me (pleasure) fan side laga hua oil pump engine oil ko head tak na pahucha pa rha ho aise me head me Lage rocker/bearing/camshaft/timing chain damage ho jati hai In sare parts ka genuine se replace karne aur sath me valve ki seat new karne me with labour charge 1800 lag hi jata hai Apko abhi kya problem a rha detail me bato to mai samjh saku because scooter chalte chalte band hone ke dusre reasons bhi hote hai
