They just started selling the Navi in Canada so i was wondering if they have screw adjustable valves. Same engine so it looks like they do and that's a real bonus to me. Much easier to check and adjust than shims

Hello, I have issued with tepet sounds on my mihendra gusto 110cc... Before there was no sound but due starting problem mechanics said it was the problem of valve. So, I change the valve starting problem solved, but tepet sounds come out after repair. I told them to adjust tepet sounds they adjusted 2 times.. But, still remains same & m just fed up of worse noise. So, what's the problem please help out..

Sir. Maine apne activa 3g me 0.14mm set kiyaa but ye to tappet kaa sound tak tak. Continue kr raha hai. Garam me bhi or cold engine me bhi. Iskaa kaya solution hai bataaiye

Sir packing ( gasket head cover) change krne ke bad bi oil leakage ho rha....I changed in mystero... Kindly tell that i apply annabond along with the gasket head cover

Sir...at the end of exhaust strok piston will be TDC, and both the tapets are free or not.? Please replay me. In my case tapets are tight.

Sir maine 1.Block piston kit change kia hai one thousand km pahele. 2.Crank bearing and piston connecting rod change kia hai. 3.spark plug ke center brown-white hai but uska surrounding black hai. 4. Head guide ka kuchbhi kaam nehi karwaya. 5.Chock cable thik hai,I mean free hai. ....ab main problem 1.Black smoke on high acceleration (~3000rpm)... Powder like deposition on silencer's opening. 2.**Engine oil kam ho raha hai(Enginge oil Gauge me maximum level se 40% kam(less) dikha raha hai after 1000km).... Please help me

Tension ki baat nahi hai, Jub cylinder kit new dala jaata hai to air fuel mixture mechanic rich kaar deta hai taki engine overheating na ho. Black smoke essi wajaah se hai. Abhi 1500kms challa ke carburetor re tune kijiyai. New engine kuch din tak oil consume kaarta hai,ye normal hai. Ideling ka issue bhi dhirai dhirai set ho jaayegga. For 1500kms keep the new engine like a baby. Avoid high rpm and high speed (max 60kmph)
