I ended up being able to remove the bumper and headlights and the wheel well liner without lifting it but it would make it easier if you do have a floor jack that doesn't take too long to lift

Why wouldn’t you move the bumper away from the car so we can see the parts where those bolts and clips are attached to? And why does it take you so long to remove one single screw.

no that is incorrect, on top are 2 screws not 10mm bolts, and the screws do not come out at all I have tried for 2 day
