You don't have to remove the grill to replace the bulbs

If you don't have a long extension you need to remove the grill to get at the inside low screw.

Is it recommend to make a hole in dust cover for better cooling?, if it overheats the led will get dimmer.

Yes, if the bulb is too close to the dust cover, and it is better to make a hole to make the cooling faster. The overheats will shorten the LED lifespan

No need to remove the upper plastic cover or the grille I have replaced many of these with out removing either. Anther tip is release the clip on the back first then remove your bolts on the headlight so it does not fall forward and get damaged or scratch the paint. other than that this will help.

I was able to get the the bolts from the top and then release the clip from the rear access panel in the wheelwell.

You forgot to add that people who own BMW's, Ram's and Jeep's ALSO require an adapter to fix the CANbus problem. The incorrect dash codes and the flickering.

Crap. No wonder why my H11 dont fit. I have projectors. My led kit came with A set of h11 and a set of 9005. Yet only the 9005 fit not the h11 on neither high or low
