Is there anything you need to remove from the inside of the driver side fender?

Know this video is old but I’m currently replacing my fender two bolts oh the wheel wel are rusted away (turning but not coming out) any ideas to remove ?

Why don't you: take a picture of the fender from the inside with yellow paint markeing the location of the fasteners.

the very top bolt on the inside fender has a clip on top for me i think, any advice?

Did you really need to remove the pcm? Looks like it should have been able to stay right there on the inner fender.

Yeah it could have but I chose to give myself more room the fish out that harness next to it.
