The one I have is brand fibco 765 series pressure vacuum breaker. I bought it from Home Depot.

Question: how did you repair the crack?

Replaced the cracked parts. In my case it was valve with the long handle before the back-flow preventer and one small valve on the back flow precentor. Both were available from the Home Depot. Note the valve on the back flow preventer is specific for the brand and model of back flow preventer.

​@@nayazlimaa6024 IMO $200 is a little high. I paid that price with parts two years ago, but I've heard parts are more expensive now. Today, I believe this backflow/valve unit at Home Depot is $84.
