It's difficult to see every nook and cranny, but I'm sure it's even MORE difficult to FILM every nook and cranny while also doing the job, overall you guys showed what needs to be done and gave some really good advice. I'll be changing this out today for a customer. As a mobile mechanic I dont always have experience with the vehicles and engines I may encounter and I like to do my research ahead of time. This video helped me look more professional and most importantly is going to guide me on making a more complete repair for the customer. Awesome work guys keep it up!

The bolts on the OFHG are not aluminum. They are not one time use. The N5x cylinder heads are made of aluminum and not magnesium. On these (N52,N52K,N51 magnesium block engines) if the bolt threads into magnesium then it has to be aluminum to prevent galvanic corrosion of too dissimilar metals. OFGH bolts are steel because they thread into aluminum cylinder head. The dead give away is that all BMW aluminum bolts always have an angle torque spec. Your torque spec. Was 22Nm. Easy tell. Humble suggestion, reshoot or edit this video with correct info and add the OFGH installation, coolant and oil bleeding procedures. This video is wrong and lazy.

E10 wratching wrench if you don’t want to take the Mickey Mouse coolant hose off (the hose breaks upon removal a lot). The wrench will fit in between the blades of the coolant fan for short strokes.
