I removed the intake hose on the driver side and then you will have enough room to remove the 6 nuts that hold the fan blade. Then get a bungee cord and hold the hub in place while you remove the 4 bolts that holds the hub to the block. Then you put a wooden block on the bottom of the hub as close to the bottom of the hub and ease the hub out through the intake hose area and replace the the clutch fan on the ground or work area bench. Then slide the hub and bracket on the wooden block and then l use a rope to hold the hub assembly close to the mounting holes on the engine block and then tie the rope in place then you can use an alignment tool like a center punch to align the bracket hole to the engine block hole and screw in the bolt in the open hole area and repeat the same step on the passenger side. I never remove the fan blade l just let it rest against the radiator when removing the hub and bracket. Once you have the hub in place put the belt back on and put the fan blade back on last and then you are done. No draining the coolant or removing the coolant reservoir or the fan shield. Good luck. Nice video!

I'm doing mine Saturday. They say you are suppose to be able to turn the fan with just the key on once the air pressure is built up. However in doing so mine is still locked up and stays on all the time. I hoping this fixes the problem.
