roadkill guys actually hate rust and when they want it gone i get the call. this time it was the red duster which needed a new floor pan and it would be my first time doing floors on an A body

Great work Chris as usual! Watching your videos inspired me to do the floors in an old bronco. Rather than just patch them up I cut them all out and replaced them. Used same the tool kit, hired a local kid to help and just went at it. Followed what you did down to the spray on welding through copper primer to the epoxy primer snd the raptor paint. I just couldn’t be happier with the result. Roll bars going in next. Can’t say thanks enough Chris! Any body reading this just watch the videos get the proper tools together and take ur time.

Absolutely love the show, keep going bro . I gave up trying to find the car I've always wanted. I've been looking hard for a G- body car for about a year. Not much luck. Keep building em man , All of your shows are awesome.

Dang, only a year. You give up way too easily... It took me over 10 to get my Charger, and it will probably take me another 5+ years to get it where I want it to be...
@kendrataylor73219 ай бұрын
Yeah, my dream car . I've got 2 and I've spent 12 or 13 years looking for them and unfortunately I had to realize that it just wasn't going to happen. So I've spent a year now looking for a G-body car , now I found a couple but there were total garbage. So we'll see what happens there. My dream cars which are 2 are a duster or a Nova. I've spent quite a while looking for either one, 12 or 13 years man , it's been nuts. So , now I figured I'd cut my losses and try to get a G-Body car . It's been a year this month looking, I never thought that finding one of them would be this hard .

The Road Kill guys had the best video about tuning a Holley carb. It was on a very old Ford pickup truck as I recall. They used a fuel mixture gauge and changed primary jets, secondary jets, accelerator pump cams, squirters, etc. I may be forgetting a few. Secondary springs, maybe. There is a scene where they lurch forward in the truck but forgot the tailgate was open and the jet kit open and had to spend a bit of time digging them out of the dust.

Saw something that looked really handy & useful. What is that flat steel bar you use to cut between the sheet metal ? Is that something you made or something you can buy ? I’m redoing my 72 Demon and that looks better than what I’m trying. Good video, & great work. 👍

Mopar only made 1 floor pan for A Body cars. They too cut a hole in the floor for the shifter hump and it wasn't their proudest work. Mine was held in more by the seam sealer than by any welds they applied and the cutout was rough as hell.
