Replacing HVAC Blend Door Actuator Motor in a Charger/Challenger/300 (part 3)

Details of how I have attacked getting the old one out so far.

There are only two screws for each actuator.. the 3rd hole is just for a plastic stud..

There is a 3rd one on the lower right corner of the unit. It will definitely be hardest to get out and back in, it’s almost completely inaccessible behind the heater core pipes.
